Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
Click “Request Return” and fill in the required details.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges are possible for size issues or defective items.
To exchange, follow the same return process and mention the replacement size or reason.
We do not accept returns on:
Undergarments, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards or digital items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
